Yes I was completely satisfied with the service I received from the collision department. Agent Corin treated me to A1 customer service and knowledge and the step by step process.

I am extremely pleased with my overall experience with Courtesy Collision. My vehicle looks absolutely great! And the work was completed in the estimated timeframe I was given. The customer service I received from Richard Fontánez was nothing short of amazing! He was extremely pleasant & professional from start to finish. He kept me informed & even sent me pictures of the progress along the way. The front receptionist was so very pleasant & professional when we dropped the car off and when we picked it up. And to top it off, my car was spotless inside & out when they handed me the keys! I would absolutely recommend Courtesy Collision 10x’s over! Thank you so much!

The service here is great. This was my second time bringing my car to get something fixed and each time is quick and easy. All the associates I interacted with wore masks and practiced social distancing. Special thanks to Rebecca who provided repair status updates everyday. She was very friendly and attentive. I feel fortunate to have come to Courtsey Collision rather than some other repair shop.
